The room overlooking the parking lot smelled like an old hotel and was dirty with hair in the beds and brown water in the tub. I also had a bad experience of being scammed into paying for an Advance Purchase Room, which was non-refundable.

The hotel's rooms were outdated and just okay, not great. There were cleanliness issues like hair in the bathroom and ripped covers on one bed. The smell of cleaning chemicals and cigarette smoke lingered from a previous renter, and the location just above the laundry room was a downside.

The hotel is conveniently located right off the exit, offering clean and spacious rooms. However, the rooms smelled a bit old. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to assist, but there was a minor inconvenience with the gate code box for front access. The location is near the airport, with easy access and a vibrant dining and shopping scene. The dining options were satisfying, though it would be better with more inclusive pricing.
